Join us in Berlin for an immersive five-day training designed for facilitators leading economic and social change processes.
This is more than a course—it’s a catalyst for transformation.
Whether you work across organisations, within teams, or with diverse stakeholder networks, this event will empower you to guide collaboration, foster innovation, and enable real impact.
You'll gain hands-on experience with Mesopartner’s Systemic Insight methodology—a powerful toolkit grounded in complexity thinking. With it, you’ll learn to design and lead adaptive processes that promote discovery, dialogue, and strategic learning.
The programme will allow for individual or team assessment of their own context using the methods and concepts presented.
You’ll walk away equipped to:
-
Strengthen collaboration among stakeholders, organisations, and networks.
-
Develop and sustain a shared awareness of a situation and its propensity to change or resist efforts to change.
-
Enhance strategy-making through collective sense-making and creative facilitation.
-
Lead adaptive processes that enable decision-making despite uncertainty.
-
Build trust, foster innovation and improve dynamics between different actors.
-
Apply tools and templates to design impactful interventions and workshops.
This training is for facilitators who want to move beyond static planning and step into the complexity of real-world change—where progress is messy, nonlinear, and full of opportunity.
If you're ready to take your facilitation practice to the next level and lead change that truly matters, this event is for you.
Who should join?
This training is ideal for professionals who lead, support, or facilitate change in complex environments:
-
Facilitators and project managers working with diverse stakeholders or networks—helping them collaborate, make sense of challenges, and co-create strategies at both the organisational and system levels.
-
Advisors and experts supporting meso-level organisations (e.g. business associations, clusters, development agencies) in navigating complexity, driving innovation, and adapting to fast-changing contexts.
-
Change agents and community facilitators leading bottom-up improvement efforts—whether guiding groups through uncertainty or helping networks explore emerging futures and new opportunities.
-
Development practitioners and organisational leaders who want to strengthen their facilitation skills to manage shifting dynamics, navigate complexity, and unlock innovation.
If your work involves helping people collaborate, learn, and adapt in the face of uncertainty—this training is designed for you.
What will you gain?
By joining the Mesopartner Academy, you’ll walk away with powerful tools, fresh perspectives, and practical experience to immediately elevate your facilitation practice.
Here’s what you’ll take with you:
-
Stronger facilitation skills to confidently lead complex, multi-stakeholder processes in dynamic and uncertain environments.
-
The Systemic Insight Facilitation Toolkit—a practical, field-tested set of templates, guides, and resources you can apply to your own context.
-
Access to an engaged community of practitioners applying the methodology to enable innovation, social change, and organisational learning.
-
Modular frameworks and facilitation methods you can mix and match, giving you the flexibility to guide everything from small team sessions to large-scale development initiatives.
-
Hands-on experience applying these tools in simulated scenarios, so you can practice combining and adapting them for real-world challenges.
You'll leave on Friday ready to put your skills into action the very next Monday—bringing new energy, clarity, and adaptability to the processes and networks you support.
What is included?
The fees will cover your participation in the training session, snacks, lunches, and two group dinners on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. However, please note that the fees do not include any expenses related to travel, accommodation, breakfast, or dinner.
