Mesopartner Engagements
Engagement events are designed as collaborative forums focused on specific themes in our work. These gatherings create opportunities to co-create, reflect, and exchange knowledge with other practitioners who are interested in innovating in a given thematic area. The aim is to enable shared learning that enables participants to advance these topics in their own contexts.
Exploring Practical Approaches to a Circular Economy
On Thursday, 11 March, Mesopartner invites practitioners and experts to a cost-free online event dedicated to advancing circular development approaches across projects, regions, and sectors. This interactive session will showcase Mesopartner's activities in the field while fostering an open platform for mutual learning and collaboration among participants.
Setting the Stage: The Circular Economy
A circular economy represents a transformative shift toward sustainable, climate-friendly development that respects planetary boundaries. This model, which redefines traditional systems of production and consumption, is a cornerstone of initiatives like the EU's Green Deal and various programs in developing and emerging economies.
Mesopartner has been at the forefront of supporting circular economy initiatives through its involvement in development projects worldwide. These efforts span areas such as territorial economic development (TED), quality infrastructure (QI), value chain linkages, and strengthening service markets. The organization leverages proven tools and methodologies from these fields, while also adapting or designing new approaches to promote circular transformation effectively.
An Invitation to Engage
The upcoming Mesopartner Engagement Event seeks to share insights, spark discussions, and encourage collaboration among practitioners working to integrate circular economy principles into their projects and practices. This event is not only an opportunity to reflect on Mesopartner’s experiences but also to build a community of professionals committed to driving sustainable impact.
