La Evaluación participativa de la ventaja competitiva es un método que permite realizar una evaluación orientada a la acción de una economía local en solo dos semanas. PACA combina conceptos como la ventaja competitiva, la competitividad sistémica, la evaluación rápida y las técnicas de facilitación basadas en la visualización en un enfoque innovador. PACA puede ser utilizado

  • para arrancar o energizar el LED en una ubicación determinada
  • como un conjunto de herramientas para hacer que las actividades de LED en curso sean más efectivas y eficientes.

PACA se ha introducido en más de 40 países en Asia, África, América Latina y Europa. Es aplicado por decenas de facilitadores LED. Ha ayudado a las partes interesadas locales en cientos de ubicaciones a entenderse mejor entre sí y a su lugar, ya formular actividades de LED efectivas.
