There are three ways of looking at what mesopartner has to offer.

• We offer a set of services, all addressing issues of territorial development, competitiveness and innovation. We develop and disseminate methodologies. We give policy advice at international, national, regional and local level. We conduct policy research and concept development. We provide process consulting and organisational development. We engage in capacity building. We organise learning events for practitioners.

• Our thematic competency lies in the areas of local and regional economic development, competitiveness and innovation, promotion of clusters and value chains, and related issues.

• We develop methodologies and tools, and we create learning experiences for other practitioners to adopt and adapt them. We try to make the life of practitioners easier by disseminating robust methodologies and tools as widely as possible. We encourage practitioners to either use a methodology or to creatively combine tools according to their needs and context.
